At 3:00 p.m. “YÖNI ILMAN UNTA” (My night without sleep), SALO

Poetry theater performance. The work contains e.g. Texts by Pauliina Haasjoki, Aki Salmela, Jouni Teittinen, Aki Salmela and Miia Toivio. The poems carry a story in which the speaker reflects on the significance of life and his or her own choices during the hours of the night. The poems are performed by Marjo Ventola, and Sami Nieminen is responsible for the dramaturgical ensemble and direction. Both are artist members of the Suomen Lausujain Liiton. After the performance, the audience has the opportunity to discuss with the authors about the presentation of contemporary poetry and how its themes appeal to the listener.

Duration of the performance approx. 45 min. Free entry!
